LANDFRAME LANDSCAPE STUDIO

LANDFRAME LANDSCAPE STUDIO, founded on 15th September 2019, is a professional landscape design and execution company offering comprehensive outdoor solutions to residential, commercial, and public spaces. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below which govern all aspects of our relationship.

Our expert services include landscape design, planning, and execution with a scope covering master planning, conceptual design, BOQs, and implementation of softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and outdoor lighting systems. We also offer terrace and balcony landscaping, garden development, water features, sustainable green solutions, and corporate landscaping for townships and urban environments. We undertake projects ranging from individual villa plots to extensive farmland developments, with locations determined based on project feasibility and accessibility.

Our work process begins with an enquiry followed by the collection of necessary information such as architectural drawings, requirement checklists, and site photographs. Depending on the client’s needs, a site visit may be scheduled or a design and consulting quotation may be shared. If the client already possesses finalized landscape drawings and BOQs, we directly proceed with the execution quotation phase.

Design services are customized and priced based on the project’s complexity. All conceptual and final design documents are the intellectual property of LANDFRAME unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement. Execution of the project will commence only after receiving formal approval of the design, material selections, and signed quotations. If certain materials become unavailable, suitable alternatives will be proposed to ensure timely delivery and aesthetic continuity.

Payment terms are defined in the quotation and must be strictly adhered to. Delayed payments may result in postponed deliveries or temporary suspension of work. Final handover of the project is subject to clearance of all dues. Post-installation, LANDFRAME offers two types of maintenance packages: a Weekly Maintenance Program for routine care including pruning, weeding, and irrigation checks; and a Seasonal Maintenance Program for deep hand pruning, cleanup, and planting adjustments. Custom maintenance agreements can also be designed to suit client preferences.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate site data, timely approvals, and access for our personnel. Any change in design or scope post-approval may incur additional charges. LANDFRAME is not liable for damages resulting from third-party interventions, natural disasters, or lack of proper maintenance after handover.

All visual, written, and design content created for clients remains the intellectual property of LANDFRAME LANDSCAPE STUDIO unless agreed otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to use images and descriptions of completed projects for our portfolio, marketing, or educational purposes unless explicitly restricted by the client.

While we strive to maintain high quality and durable outcomes, we do not assume liability for damages caused by unforeseen environmental events, pests, or aging of natural materials. Specific plant or product warranties will be honored as per supplier policies and are not covered by LANDFRAME unless stated otherwise. Continued support is available via Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) upon request.

Clients may cancel the project prior to execution, in which case only the design consultancy fee and administrative costs will be charged. If execution has begun, the client must settle any labor or procurement expenses incurred. Disputes arising from the project will be addressed first through mutual discussion. If unresolved, they will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
